Quick reference for accessing and managing voicemail on the Yealink T53W handset.

Accessing Voicemail

1. Dial 999, or press the envelope button on the right-hand side of the number pad, to open the voicemail menu.
2. Enter your voicemail PIN, followed by #.
3. You will then be presented with the voicemail menu options set out below.

Voicemail Menu Options

• Press ✱ — play new messages (plays all new messages in order).
• Press 9 — access further options:
  • Press 1 — change your profile status:
    • 1 — Available
    • 2 — Away
    • 3 — Out of office
    • 4 — Custom profile 1
    • 5 — Custom profile 2
  • Press 3 — dial a number.
  • Press 4 — delete all saved messages.
  • Press 5 — edit your self-identification message:
    • 0 — Record a new message
    • 1 — Delete the current message
    • 2 — Check the current message
  • Press 6 — play new messages (same as ✱).
  • Press 7 — edit your voicemail PIN. You will be asked for your current PIN, followed by #.
  • Press 8 — edit your self-identification message.
  • Press 9 — repeat the menu options.
  • Press # — exit the menu.
