Yealink W60B / W70B — Base Station Reset Guide
Quick reference for resetting a Yealink W60B or W70B DECT base station to factory defaults. The steps below apply to both models.
Note: a factory reset removes all paired handsets and configuration settings from the base station.
Hard Reset (Physical Button)
- Unplug the base station’s power supply (or network cable, if powered via PoE).
- Press and hold the Paging button on the base station, and keep it held down.
- While still holding the button, reconnect the power supply.
- Keep holding the button until all LED indicator lights on the base station turn on.
- Release the button. The base station will restart and reset to factory defaults
Reset via Web Interface
- Enter the base station’s IP address into a web browser.
- Log in using the admin credentials (default: admin / admin).
- Go to Settings > Upgrade > Reset to Factory Settings.
- Confirm the reset when prompted.
