NSW Trade Promotion ($2,000 prize)

  1. Promoter

The promoter is Peak Connect Pty Ltd, ABN 82168791633, of 3/45 Upfold St, Bathurst NSW 2795 (“Promoter”).

  1. Eligibility

Open to NSW residents aged 18+ who sign up to a New Residential 12 month Home NBN Internet Package with the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, contractors and immediate families of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agencies, and anyone involved in managing or determining winners are ineligible.

  1. Promotion Period

Starts 1st February 2026 12:01AM AEST and ends 31 March 2026 11:59PM AEST or when the first 50 eligible sign‑ups have been received, whichever occurs first. The Promoter’s timekeeping is final.

  1. How to Enter (Free to Enter)

To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period: (a) sign up to New Residential 12 month Home NBN Internet Package at its normal retail value; and (b) provide complete and accurate contact details at the time of sign‑up. No entry fee is charged to participate. Limit one (1) entry per account/service address.

  1. Number of Entries

The promotion is strictly limited to the first 50 eligible sign‑ups received during the Promotion Period. If fewer than 50 eligible entries are received, the draw will proceed with the entries received.

  1. Prize

One (1) prize: a Carnival Adventure Moreton Island Cruise for Two adults valued at AUD $2,000 (incl. GST) comprising:

  • 4 nights accommodation
  • 2 adults in a twin share cabin
  • Standard meals and the main entertainment are included
  • $250 beverage voucher
  • Photo ID required to board
  • Travel dates (non-transferable): Departs Sydney 2nd July 2026 15:30, Returns Sydney 6th July 2026 06:30
  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless required by law.
  • Any ancillary costs (e.g., travel to/from port, incidentals/ on shore excursions/ beverages/ specialty meals) are the winner’s responsibility.
  1. Draw Details (Game of Chance)

A random draw will be conducted at 3/45 Upfold St, Bathurst NSW 2795 on Wednesday 1st April, 10:00AM AEST using a certified electronic randomiser. An independent scrutineer is not required for this prize level; however, the Promoter will ensure the process is fair and auditable.

  1. Winner Notification & Publication

The provisional winner will be notified by phone within 2 business days of the draw. The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, initial of surname, and suburb on [website/landing page URL] for transparency.

  1. Prize Claim & Unclaimed Prize

The winner must claim and confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification. If unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at 3/45 Upfold St, Bathurst NSW 2795 on Thursday 16th April, 10:00AM AEST using the same method. Unless otherwise specified in these T&Cs, unclaimed prizes will be kept for at least 3 months before awarding to a new winner.

  1. Verification

The Promoter may request proof of identity, age and eligibility (e.g., proof of NSW residency and valid account sign‑up). Entries that are incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent are invalid.

  1. Fair Conduct & Advertising

Advertising and communications must not be misleading, suggest winning is guaranteed, or otherwise breach NSW trade promotion advertising standards or the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the promotion and awarding the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their details for these purposes and any directly related purposes permitted by law.

  1. Draw Integrity & Records

The Promoter will keep clear records of entries received, draw procedure, time‑stamped draw logs/screenshots, witness sign‑off, and winner contact attempts for audit purposes.

  1. General

If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to law. If the promotion is interfered with (e.g., fraud, technical difficulties), the Promoter may modify/suspend/cancel the promotion if reasonably necessary. Nothing in these T&Cs restricts statutory rights.

Permit/Authority

Not required in NSW because the total prize value is $2,000 (below the $10,000 threshold).
